Thanks you so much for this recipe! I made it with butternut squash instead of sweet potatoes and it was amazing. More generally, thank you so much for this blog! I live near Annapolis; I recently went looking for a CSA to join, and your blog was extremely helpful to me in understanding how much produce I would get and how I could use it. I just joined Practically Organic for 2012! I hope you’ll be getting your veggies from there and blogging about it again next year.
